Customer Needs

Mr Sharpe’s old oil boiler was becoming costly to run and struggled to provide sufficient heat for his home.

Looking for a more efficient and cost effective solution, he reached out to us to explore available funding options.

As MCS accredited installers, we conducted a full heating survey to assess Mr Sharpe’s home and heating requirements. Our survey recommended upgrading several radiators to accommodate an Air Source Heat Pump for optimal efficiency.

For this project, we selected Daikin’s 4kW Air Source Heat Pump, known for its reliability and energy efficiency.

After presenting the proposed solution to Mr Sharpe, he approved the installation, and we moved forward with the upgrade.

Implementation

Our MCS and Heat Pump-accredited team completed the installation over three days. This included:

Installing the 4kW Daikin Air Source Heat Pump
Upgrading radiators to maximise system efficiency
Fitting a new hot water cylinder
