Customer Need

Mr C needed an efficient, cost-effective solution for maintaining warmth in his property throughout the colder months.

The property’s old heating system led to uneven heat distribution and unsustainably and rapidly increasing energy bills.

Seeking a solution to stay warm in his home, Mr C contacted Platinum Eco Services for an energy-efficient way to provide reliable warmth and reduce his overall monthly energy costs.

The team at Platinum Eco Services conducted a comprehensive “Heat Loss calculation” to assess the unique heating needs of each room, factoring things like current wall insulation, window efficiency, and room size.

Based on the results, Platinum Eco Services presented to Mr C the ideal number of High Heat Retention Storage Heaters (HHRH) to deliver optimal, even heat throughout the home.

Implementation

Platinum Eco Services installed the HHRH units with careful attention to detail, and carefully and compliantly removed the old heaters which contained asbestos.

The new heaters were set up with modern control features to allow Mr C to adjust his heating levels efficiently, maximising warmth and minimising energy usage.

He was also advised prior to installation to switch his energy tariff to Economy 7, a process that we helped him with.
